You may notice a thing or two that look a little different around here! We’ve embarked on a journey of rebirth, realignment and reinvention. Now, it’s your turn. We’d love you to join us for the 6 Week Refresh Challenge from Monday 6 February until Saturday 18 March.

This isn’t a normal challenge. It’s not about the way you look, the numbers on the scales or counting every calorie. That’s just not the way we work. Instead, we’re all about balance. We want to help you nourish your body, celebrate your wins and nurture your mind through healthy habits.

We’re here to refresh your lifestyle and create the foundations for long-term strength, clarity and wellbeing.

As part of the challenge, you’ll get exclusive movement programs, guided recovery sessions and the motivation to show up for yourself. The best part? We’ll all be doing it together. Now, that’s what we’re talking about.

We all love a little competition

We all love a little competition. Earn points for your movement, recovery and socials, then track your progress on the challenge whiteboard in the gym for your chance to win one of five local prizes.

Social Sweat

Get your dose of serious fun, epic sweat and all round good energy at our Social Sweat events. Hosted at 7am on 25 February and 18 March, these two Saturday sessions are your opportunity to go head-to-head against your trainers and add plenty of points to your scorecard. After a 45-minute session, we’ll cool off with a beach swim and refuel with coffee and snacks. You’ve got to be in it to win it!
