Welcome to East Melbourne's #1 Run Club!
Saturdays @8:30am | Start & finish at SALT Movement & Recovery
Why join a run club?
Joining a run club can be a transformative experience for both mental and physical health. Running is a powerful way to relieve stress, boost mood, and strengthen your cardiovascular system, while building endurance over time.
Being part of a running group means you’re not running alone—you’re joining a community where everyone supports each other. At East Melbourne Run Club you’ll find motivation, accountability, and new friendships that make running all the more enjoyable.
Run at your own pace!
Whether you're brand new to running, or an experienced runner looking to smash your PB, these sessions are designed to accomodate all... pace yourself or push yourself, it's entirely up to you!
Â
Consistency is key
With each run designed and periodised by SALT's expert strength & conditioning coaches, all you have to do is show up - we'll take care of the rest!
There's no better way to start your weekend than a run through Melbourne's most iconic scenery.Â
No two sessions are the same! Whether it's a jog through Fitzroy Gardens, up the MCG stairs, along the Yarra river, around Olympic Park running track, or the 'Tan' you'll experience the best running tracks Melbourne has to offer!
Complimentary coffee & healthy breakfast
Join us post-run for FREE chia pudding, bircher museli and barista-made coffee, courtesy of our neighbours at Pullman Melbourne on the Park!
What if I have a 'special' coffee order?
Each coffee is made-to-order! Simply tell us your coffee order before you run, and we'll have it ready and waiting when you return - absolutely free!

While you're here, why not relax with SALT's state-of-the-art Recovery Centre?
